1. What is your return/warranty policy?
If you receive merchandise that is defective, you may, within 30 days return the product for replacement or a refund.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will be made as soon as the product is returned to us.
To return products you will need to obtain an authorization form. To do this please have your invoice number handy
then click here to fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization form.
2. How do I cancel my order?
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order by emailing
cancellation@totalvariety.com. Please provide the order number when requesting cancellation.
